Continuing education and training is at the heart of AGG’s purpose.  For that reason we have been trained in and offer several deliverable assessments to gauge and build a foundation from which to grow.

The PeopleBest Assessment focuses on an individualized  focus where The Thrive Assessment focuses on group culture.  Both give specific data to assess your current state and give a clear direction for growth.

Assessment

The PeopleBest assessment is a one-of-a-kind proprietary peopleDNA™ program, that leverages a scientifically validated research database across thousands of position segments to identify the behavioral traits common to the highest performers. The PeopleBest assessment combines company metrics and individual attributes to help pinpoint what applicants or team members, in what roles, can be motivated by what type of management, encouragement and compensation to help you and them achieve at the highest level for the longest period of time.

Assessment

The THRIVE Assessment™, from 11 Ten Leadership, is a comprehensive 360° tool designed to evaluate how well a leader and his or her team is thriving. It uncovers key leadership strengths, opportunities, and challenges to guide leaders in their growth and help them foster a thriving culture.

The assessment consists of two versions: one for the leader and one for his/her team. Each assessment yields an overall THRIVE score as well as scores across six core categories, mirroring the acronym THRIVE:

Trust: The level of trust experienced throughout the organization - between the leader and his/her team, among team members, and the company as a whole.

Heath: The physical and emotional well being of the leader and the team.

Relationships: The depth and authenticity of the relationships within the organization.

Impact: The extent to which individuals understand the purpose of their work and its impact on the company and broader community.

Value: The degree to which everyone feels needed and valued within the organization.

Engagement: The level of ownership, utilization of gifts, and growth opportunities experienced by the team.

Prior to administering the assessment, Abundant Growth Group will conduct a one hour profile meeting with the leader to better understand the leader's story, leadership journey, motivations, and challenges. Also, AGG will conduct a brief meeting with the leader and his/her team to share the assessment process and answer any questions they may have.

Each online assessment takes approximately 20-25 minutes to complete. Once the assessments are scored AGG reviews the assessment results with the leader during a one hour follow-up meeting and then during another separately scheduled one hour meeting with the leader and his/her team.

To date, over 200 executive leaders and 2,000 employees have participated in the THRIVE Assessment™.  It has shown to be an excellent jumping off point to work towards growing and improving an organization and all members involved.
